This project brought a unique set of challenges from a design prospective, a charming 1920’s structure in Belmont Shores in need of a face lift. The design was approached from a position that included conservation. The challenged was in the end how to update a space while keeping the original charm and at the same time utilizing every available inch. Like the saying goes “everything old is new again.”
