This is the owner’s unit of a circa 1970’s four unit building. Because of the date of the architecture this was a stylistic blank slate giving us the opportunity to infuse personality and function in the design. This project was a top to bottom remodel which allowed us to meet the challenge and create many different usable spaces including two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room/library and we were even able to reverse the fireplace making a fantastic outdoor living area the client can enjoy all year around.
